With a high level of automation Sibbhultsverken carries out multi-operational machining of geometrically complicated parts with high tolerance demands.
In order to meet our customers high productivity and quality demands, we have created special processes in integrated flows. Cast iron, steel and aluminum are being machined in many steps such as turning, milling, welding, drifting, induction hardening, grinding and balancing. The components are after washing, and often also leakage testing, ready for assembly.

The customer needs are the prerequisite of our operations. We alsoassemble many of the components to create increased value.
